How to repay.
Simple, flexible and always confirmed. Pay daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as agreed in your offer letter.
NDL will never ask you to send money to a personal number or to pay "to release your loan". If in doubt, call our official lines on 055 310 2778 (Accra) or 032 219 3028 (Kumasi) before paying.
Mobile Money
Pay to the official NDL office MoMo line. Confirm the number and account name at your branch or on a call to our official lines before your first payment.
In-office payment
Pay cash at our Accra (Teshie) or Kumasi (Amakom) branch, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Field officer collection
Your loan officer can collect repayments in person. Always ask for official identification and a receipt entry in your passbook.
Bank payment
Available where arranged for your loan. Ask your loan officer for the official account details.
