NDL will never ask you to pay a fee to "release" or "speed up" a loan. Only pay through official NDL channels listed on our repayment page.

Customer information is handled by our operations team with care and used only for assessing and servicing your loan.
Identify an NDL officer
Officers carry official identification. Ask to see it, and when unsure, call our branch to verify the officer's name.
Staying safe
- Never share your PIN, MoMo PIN or passwords
- Never pay to a personal number
- Get a receipt entry in your passbook and an SMS for every payment
- Report suspicious calls or messages to us immediately
